What features work offline?
Almost everything! View customers, see your schedule, complete jobs, create invoices, add notes and photos. The only things that need internet are sending invoices/notifications and syncing with your accounting software.
What happens when I come back online?
Everything syncs automatically in the background. You don't have to do anything. Changes you made offline merge seamlessly with any updates from other devices.
What if I make changes on two devices while offline?
LawnHero handles sync conflicts intelligently. Most recent changes win, and we'll alert you if there's a conflict that needs your attention (rare).
How much data is stored offline?
Your full customer list, recent job history, and pending jobs are stored locally. It uses minimal space — typically under 50MB even for large operations.
